Supported Systems Mortgage Office WebApp

Windows XP/Vista/7 with all current service packs and critical updates applied. We recommend at least 1 gig minimum system memory with XP and 2 gig minimum system memory with Vista/7. Also make sure your CPU, video, network card etc. meet requirements for the version of windows you are running.

1 - High speed internet connection (at least DSL speed, T1 or higher recommended).
2 - Adobe Reader 8 or higher, 9 recommended.
3 - Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher, 10 recommended. Functions within Mortgage Office Web App require Flash Player.
4 - Windows graphical printer(s) setup as local or network printer to the workstation being used.
6 - Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3 or higher.

Intel Pentium, PIII or P4, Celeron or AMD processors.

Internal Memory

128 MB minimum, 256MB or higher recommended.

Hard Disk Drives

5GB or larger recommended.

Printer

Windows printer.

Modems

28800 baud or higher is recommended (not required if broadband connected through an Ethernet card).

Communication

TCP I/P connection to the Internet via dial-up or broadband connection.

Software

• Windows 98/Windows 2000 Pro/Windows XP.
• Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher (Netscape does not support some features used in WebApp).
• WebEx for remote support, diagnostics, training and file upload/download is recommended.

Backup

Tape drive recommended or other backup devices like CD-R/CD-RW drive or network backup to server.
