28800 baud or higher is recommended. Modems have been replace by Internet access. If you have a special need for a modem please contact MC system support.

Communication

TCP I/P connection recommended to HOST (IBM RS/6000, HP-9000, DG AViiON, NT/Win2000 or Win2003 Server or Terminal Server) requires Ethernet network card. Minimum 10 MB, 100 MB or higher recommended. Also network switches recommended instead of network hubs.

• Windows 98/Windows 2000 Pro/Windows XP/Windows Vista.
• Windows 2000 Pro/Windows XP and Windows Vista do not run some DOS apps well (like Flood Link, Credit Bureau and other third-party DOS software).
• Microsoft Office (2003 or higher) recommended.
• PCAnywhere by Symantec (10.0 or higher) recommended.
  SmarTerm Office (10.0 or higher) recommended.
• Internet Explorer (7.0 or higher) and Internet connection required with MC OFFICE.
• WebEx for remote support, diagnostics, training and file upload/download is recommended.
