Mortgage Computer Adds Windows NT OGDEN, UTAH --Mortgage Computer announced its mortgage lending software, MC OFFICE Software, will now run on the Microsoft Window NT operating system. "Some of our credit union customers are migrating to Windows NT, so we felt it was important to support the Windows NT operating System to meet their needs," says Brian L. Belnap, senior vice president of Mortgage Computer. "NT runs on RISC hardware and multi-processor servers. It's a securable operating system that some of our credit union customers want, so we are glad to offer the Windows NT solution." By adding the Windows NT operating system, Mortgage Computer offers its credit union customers greater flexibility in their choice of networks and operating systems. They can run the MC OFFICE software on a pure NT network, on an NT network with a UNIX system in the background, on a UNIX system with Windows PCs or Windows NT PCs as terminals, or on PCs in a Novell network or with multi-user serial cards. MC OFFICE Software is a complete mortgage lending solution, including origination, construction, secondary marketing, servicing, pools, lines of credit, reverse mortgages, and government reporting.
