LOAN SERVICING IMPORT FILE LAYOUT SETUP

Step 1: From the MORNET Main Menu, select Servicing


Step 2: From the Servicing Main Menu, select Servicing Support System


Step 3: From the Servicing Support System Main Menu, select Loan Reporting


Step 4: From the Reporting Main Menu, select 1) Loan Reporting


Step 5: Then select 3) Import Data


Step 6: From the Import Main Menu, select 1) Import User Defined Data


Step 7: From the User-Defined Import Main Menu, select F2 Create


Step 8: Enter the highlighted data exactly as shown.


The Import File Drive:\Path\Name indicates where on your PC the LASER data file will be found. The record length may need to be changed depending on the brand of PC you are using. On true IBM machines and Compaqs, we typically have to change this to either 278 or 280. On Packard Bell PCs, it is 281.


Step 9: Enter the data in the COL, LEN, DEC, and DATE positions exactly as shown.


Step 10: Enter the data in the COL, LEN, DEC, and DATE positions exactly as shown.


Step 11: Enter the data in the COL, LEN, DEC, and DATE positions exactly as shown.


Step 12: Enter the data in the COL, LEN, DEC, and DATE positions exactly as shown.
