Audit Center

More than 600 pre-designed reports are available. However, with the several specialized packages, it is difficult for an auditor to know which menus to select in order to print a particular report.

The AUDIT CENTER menu displays the reports from all packages that normally are requested by auditors. The same reports are still available as menu selections in each specialized package.

This feature makes it easy for your auditors (in-house or external) to print reports without interrupting employees.

The employee saves time by not having to show the auditor or know what is being done by the auditor.

Data is available to the auditors but cannot be modified from any of these screens.

All pages of the transaction register are numbered by the program, and are printed in the upper right-hand corner.   All pages of the modify audit pages are numbered by the program, and are printed in the upper right-hand corner.   Modifications to employee loans are highlighted.

Central Index File

A Central Index File stores the name of the borrower and co-borrower, Social Security number, Tax ID number, loan number, indicating if the loan is active or not. The data is stored for every loan that has ever been entered into the software packages offered by MC OFFICE Software.

The key to the Central Index File is by Social Security number. When the Social Security number is entered at the time of application (by pressing a function key), the program will search the Central Index File for a match. This is a great feature for companies who make housing authority loans, when one of the requirements is the borrower can have only one loan. It is used by other lenders (C.U.'s) offering special one-time loans to members.
