• Make sure you have loaded the year end release. In addition, there is an OSR which can also be downloaded.
  
• Make sure you have a backup of your MC OFFICE Software system at the close of the year and before any year end processes.
  
• After the year end save is processed, the monthly cutoff procedures for Loan Servicing can be performed.
  
• MC Customer Support Staff will be available on Monday, January 3, 2000.
