The Mortgage Computer Year End Release has been posted on the MC FTP site. You can get to the site directly at ftp://ftp.mcoffice.com or through our web page www.mcoffice.com select download area then one of the two FTP Download Site! options.

The directory is yearend99_release Make sure you review the relnote.txt file before installing the update. As always you will need to select the appropriate directory for your system that contains the mortgage computer software. Please follow the loading instructions in the readme.txt file located in each of the directories, it contains information on the files to download and what to do with them after they are downloaded.

The most important item is the password to extract the file from the .zip or .exe file.

The password is xxxxxxxxxxx make sure it is typed in lower case as it is case sensitive.
