Please refer to the readme.txt file for instructions and the laserinfo.rtf for a detailed listing of each of the forms included with this release. Please note: If your company number.exe file (refer to the readme.txt for instructions on how to get this number) does not show up in this FTP location, you do not have any forms on this Update. You will only have the forms your company owns in the company number.exe file.

Example: if you are company number 0367001 and there is a 0367001.exe in the FTP location you have forms on the Update and need to download the file 0367001.exe and follow the instructions in the readme.txt file. If you are number 0367001 and there is not a 0367001.exe file in the FTP location you do not have any forms on this update and do not need to download any files.
