The July 99 OSR 3 has been posted and is available for immediate download, refer to the fax header above for the web address. The file is jul99osr3.zip or jul99osr3.exe and is in the july99_release directory.

No password is required to download the OSR file from the FTP site. The Jul99osr3.zip and Jul99osr3.exe include all previous OSR files for the July 99 release.

The file osrnote.txt in the july99_release directory contains a description of each of the items on this and the two previous OSRs. The readme.txt file in each sub-directory contains information on how to process the file after you download it.
