HUD's SFPCSP

HUD Mortgage Letter 9925

"Effective October 1, 1999, the new Single Family Premium Collection SubsystemPeriodic (SFPCSP) responsible for both Risk Based and Section 530 cases will be implemented. The bill for payments due October 1st will be available on September 17, 1999. With the implementation of the new SFPCSP, please note that all single family periodic premium calculations must be consistent with the formula in Mortgagee Letter 9822."

MC programs have been tested and approved by HUD. It will be necessary to load the OSR3 (jul99osr3) and EDIPlus version 4.4 (September update to be posted within the week). Call for documentation if using this new method of reporting the HUD RiskBased and Section 530 billing.

ANNUAL FORMS ORDER

The MC Annual Forms Order will be sent to your office in the next few days. MC has expanded the printing capability to do more laser printing in the Loan Servicing package. The Annual Escrow Analysis, Escrow Projection, and Escrow History have been changed and existing forms cannot be used after the year end update is loaded.

The Annual Escrow Analysis, Escrow Projection, and Escrow History will only be available to print on laser. These forms and a selected few others can be printed on blank stock paper.

The notices and miscellaneous forms previously printed on blank blue paper will now be printed using a laser printer with three per page perforated stock paper. Payment coupons and 1st / 2nd Notices will be available both for continuous form printing and on three per page blank paper with preprinted background.
