LASER FORMS
The new laser forms LY602 for the PMI amortization schedule and LZ661 Underwriting Worksheet will no longer exit the document print program when printed. If there are additional forms in the packet after these forms, the entire process will complete.

SINGLE PREMIUM - MIP PLAN
The program to compute the amount of a SINGLE PREMIUM has been corrected. If you have SINGLE PREMIUM type loans in process, you will need to enter through Field 39 to bring in the correct amount for either Field 902 or Field 811 once this OSR is loaded. This only affected SINGLE PREMIUM type plans.

INDEX
The sort by Social Security Number (01.18.9) will start with the number indicated.

INDEX - ESCROW
The <E> ESCROW selection from the Loan Servicing Index - Status will function properly (03.01.<S>.<E>).

DISCOUNT/ORIGINATION FASB
The <E> ERROR LISTING ONLY selection has been corrected to not display the preventive error message. (03.17.12.04).

RISK PROFILER
The selection to RECEIVE (03.13.26.17) has been enhanced to indicate if the scores less than the midpoint score entered are to be considered as HIGH or LOW ratings.

PMI TERMINATION
This option has been added to the Escrow main menu for future development regarding mortgage insurance. There will be new enhancements available with the year end release (03.12.05).
