We send the Release Notice to the Real Estate Manager instead of the IS Department realizing there may be instructions to complete before a release is loaded. It is imperative the Real Estate Manager communicate with the IS Department to arrange when to have the release or updated loaded.

Mortgage Computer is always improving, adding, enhancing and keeping the MC OFFICE Software programs up-to-date. In the past, program changes have been released per update. We are now posting to our FTP site Outside Service Release (OSR) updates, changes, corrections as they are completed and tested.

Companies have been downloading from the FTP site and are well pleased. Any changes or corrections are available immediately.

New OSR's are being posted to the FTP site. To inform Real Estate Managers of the programs a new FTP FAST FAX will be sent. We plan on posting to the FTP site once or twice per month. Downloading from the FTP site is FREE and fast. However, if you desire the OSR media shipped instead of downloading from the FTP site, there will be a charge for shipping and media cost.
