As noted in the July/Sept 1999 MC Journal, the changes for the request for cancellation and termination of PMI insurance would be completed for the Mortgage Banker software and would be included in the July update.

The July update is being shipped today. It should reach your office within a few days. Please load the update upon receipt.

For companies receiving the update via the FTP site you can download immediately. A separate notification has been sent to these companies.

In addition to the July software update, there is a Laser Forms Release that must be loaded to print the forms required for the PMI request for cancellation and termination.

For information on changes to the MC OFFICE Software programs refer to the MC web, the hard copy Release Notice sent with the update, and/or read the Release Notice option on the menu after the update is loaded.
