The new MB documents required to be used January 2001 will be sent the week of November 27, 2000. One of the topics at the MC Conference/Workshop in Las Vegas, December 5th, 6th and 7th will be on the process.

MC has written programs to remove all forms no longer used and to add all the new forms. The program will remove only the LS and LT forms that have the same form number as one of the forms. The LS and LT forms being removed are mostly state specific notes, mortgages, trust deeds and riders.

Not all your LS or LT forms will be removed.

If you need to customize the LZ or LY forms, then it will be necessary for you to copy the LZ or LY form over to LS or LT and enter the customized fields.

The Year End Release will be sent following the MC Conference/Workshop. This will be during the week of December 11, 2000.

Rapid App 2000 Version I will be given to all attending the Conference/Workshop. Later the Rapid App 2000 Version II will be sent to all customers receiving the MC Journal. If you are not receiving the MC Journal, and would like to receive Rapid App 2000 Version II call Customer Support and let them know. MC will be happy to send you a free copy.
