The Mortgage Banker software package, part of MC OFFICE Software, is a comprehensive software package of 21 programs bundled together into ONE package creating a powerful and precise loan origination program for processing, loan closing, marketing, and reporting. The data can be received from Rapid App and quickly passed after closing to Construction and Loan Servicing. No errors or wasted time.

The MB package offers complete Mortgage Management control over the front-end processing.

Management may not be aware of all the features offered by this powerful package. Having the following features in a package you already own saves you from purchasing additional software. It is easier to learn HOW TO use the full features of the MB software package than to learn other software, and the transferring of data from one system to another. Encourage your staff to learn how to use all the features, then sit back and enjoy the benefits.

LOAN PRODUCTS
A display of what products, rates and terms currently being offered to inquiring borrowers.

COULD I QUALIFY
A group of programs to pre-qualify and help the borrower know what they could afford to buy.

LOAN APPLICATION
Enter a 1003 Loan Application, modify the data and print the verifications, Good Faith Estimate, T-I-L, and loan application.

TRACKING
Track what has been requested, what remains outstanding and produce reports for management control of the pipeline.

UNDERWRITING
A program to assure company policy is being followed. Underwriting is quality control before a loan commitment is issued.

STATUS UPDATE BEFORE CLOSING
Update the status of loans in the processing pipeline before loans have been closed.

CLOSED DOCUMENT PRINTING
Prepare all the necessary documents for closing the loan; e.g., notes, mortgages, trust deeds, T-I-L, HUD settlement statements, etc.

CLOSED DOCUMENT TRACKING
Assure all the documents needed have come back and the file is complete.

QUALITY CONTROL
To measure that company policy has been followed and good underwriting standards and legal requirements are adhered to.

STATUS UPDATE AFTER CLOSING
Update the status of the loans in the pipeline after closing.

LOAN SALES AND COMMITMENTS
A complete secondary market control and loan sales programs. No need to buy an additional software package and transfer the data to it.

ACCOUNTING FOR FUNDS
Funds from the borrower for credit report, appraisal, and all loan proceeds are controlled and checks written by the real estate department. No duplication of data, waste of time or possibility of errors.

REPORTS
Hundreds of reports are available for control of the loan processing pipeline, HMDA, IRS, and government reporting.
