Once again MC is pleased to announce there is no planned increase in the monthly Service Support for 1997.

During 1997 MC will be adding more manuals to the Internet. This should reduce your costs for postage and extra manuals, make it easier for staff to obtain answers, improve efficiency, and reduce your operating costs.

The MC Annual Conference is the type of training that is difficult to obtain elsewhere. Here you meet with others in the industry, learn how they organize and staff, pick up new methods, new loan products, hear new ideas, share ways to improve, hear how others are doing it, and above all, learn how to improve services, all of which results in benefits to you and your customers.

Sessions will cover all programs offered in the MC OFFICE Software package. The Management Tool Kit (MTK) is a hot issue. The benefits are outstanding and extremely beneficial. EDI-Plus is the way of the future.

LEVEL I TRAINING $ FREE
Level I training for Mortgage Banker and Loan Servicing is held monthly in Ogden, Utah, except during October and December. Classes are held Monday through Saturday afternoon, and evenings on Wednesday and Friday. Staff members coming to training should arrive Sunday and leave the following Saturday or Sunday.

Training for Construction, General Ledger and Pool Disbursement is reserved for one-on-one in Ogden, Utah. Allow for two to three days of training. Arrangements for one-on-one training should be made four to six weeks in advance.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Training is available for the Mortgage Banker and Loan Servicing packages. Training can be up to five days. MC suggests two to three days is usually sufficient. Arrangements for in-house training must be made six to eight weeks in advance.

Cost: $300 per day per MC employee
plus all expenses, including travel, lodging
meals, parking, tips, etc.

The month of October is reserved for Regional Users Training Workshops. This is a new, innovative training idea. The agenda will be set by the Regional Users Group, to provide solutions to the individual problems or needs of the group members. The facility for the Training Workshop will be provided by the Users Group.

The MC OFFICE Software offer of $9,500 is good until February 1, 1997. Thereafter, the price will be the standard market price.
