How can I modify the description of the Status Labels?

This is available in the Maintenance area (01.15.14.01.01). The description of all labels may be modified, but the function of the labels with an (*) may not be modified. This is why we suggest you do not modify the description of the labels with an (*). When certain functions have been completed, the labels with an (*) are updated with the date the function was completed in STATUS UPDATE (01.17), e.g., Application Docs printed, Closing Docs printed. The following labels are updated when the process listed is completed:

01. *Application Taken 02. *App Docs Back 06. *Loan Approved 07. *Documents Prepared 09. *Loan Closed Funded 10. *Closed Docs Back 13. *Loan Shipped 14. *Loan Sold

1003 completed All items marked received in App Doc Tracking When underwriter lock is put on or Field 301 in application Closing Docs printed. Date input in Field 313. When funding clerk inputs approval code and date All items marked received in Closed Doc Tracking When you mark a loan to be shipped (01.13) When funds are received manually, update Status 14
