I'd like two copies of certain forms all of the time. Where can I change the number of copies of a form so that I don't have to change the number of copies every time I print? The default for the number of copies of a form can be set by selecting 03. MODIFY FORM (01.15.14.20.03). Next, enter the form number for the form you want to modify. The program displays the form header information. Press <F3> to modify the header information. The cursor will appear in the COPIES field. Enter the number of copies you want to print each time the form is printed. This will be the new default. How do I duplex print some forms and not others? Select 03. MODIFY FORM (01.15.14.20.03), then enter the form number for the form you want to modify. Next, press <F3> to modify the header information. The cursor will appear in the COPIES field. Press <NL> and the cursor will advance to the DUPLEX field. Here you must enter a <Y> for YES to duplex print the form. Each page of the form must be changed from <N> to <Y>. Also, your printer must have duplexing capabilities installed. What is the easiest way to print just one document in a packet? Select 05. PRINT APPLICATION DOCS (01.05) or 09. PRINT CLOSING DOCS (01.09), then enter the system number of the loan. The program will proceed through a compute cycle then display the Print Laser Forms screen. The screen displays the forms. To print a single form, press <F2>PRINT SINGLE PAGE. Enter the sequence number and the number of copies. Press <NL> to accept the default number of copies. The form will be loaded into the print queue. When you press <P>PRINT, any forms loaded into the print queue will be released to the printer. I have the forms. How do I print them? DOC PRINTER ASSIGNMENT from the MC OFFICE Maintenance menu (09.06). Printer assignments are set by terminal. The assignments must be entered for each terminal on the system. I want to set up a letter to print for each borrower. What form number do I use? Form numbers LX0001 through LX0200 have been designated as user-customized forms. Forms with multiple pages have a sequence number for each page. For example, each page of the 1003 Loan Application has a different sequence number. If you want the default number of copies, press <NL> to accept the default. The page will then be loaded into the print queue. When you press <P>PRINT, all documents sent to the print queue will be released to the printer. The printer is being repaired and won't be available for several hours. I need to leave now. How can I set up the documents so someone else can print them when the printer is working? From the Print Laser Forms screen, press <D>DELAY/STACK PRINT. The packet of forms will be printed to the Print Delay/Stack Docs queue, where they are stored. When they are to be printed, the operator selects 15. PRINT DELAY/STACK DOCS from the Mortgage Banker ADDITIONAL FEATURES menu (01.15.15). The Print Delay/Stack Docs queue is displayed with all of the forms being held there. You have the option to print one or all of the forms in the queue. How do I add a new laser form sent from MC to the system? When a new laser form is sent from MC as part of a new release, the laser form is automatically set up on your system along with the other new files as part of the autoload procedure. However, when a new laser form is sent from MC outside of a new release, you will have to perform the following step: RECEIVE LASER FORMS (01.15.14.20.13). Or perform a call program MBZRCV. (Call programs are performed by simultaneously pressing <Ctrl><Shift> and <F1> from a main menu in the system and then typing the name of the program for the system to execute. If your system is on a PC, you will simultaneously press <Alt><F1> from a main menu and then type the name for the program for the system to execute.) NOTE: These instructions will be the same for UNIX, MV and PC-DOS operating environments. |
