How can I print a group of documents without entering individual form numbers?

Laser Packets - To create a packet, you must first select all of the form numbers for the documents you would like to put in the packet. To DISPLAY FORMS, go to (01.15.14.20.01).

The program will display all the forms available on your system. Write down the form numbers of the documents to be included in your packet. To advance to the next screen, press <F3>FORWARD. To return to the previous screen, press <F4>BACKWARD. To print a list of forms available, go to PRINT FORM LISTING (01.14.15.20.06), <ENTER> through I.D. and FORM NUMBER to print entire list. Next, go to DISPLAY PACKETS (01.15.14.21.3>).

Choose a packet number from 20 to 999 not previously being used. Press <ESC> to return to the Laser Packet menu and go to ADD PACKET (01.15.14.21.1). Enter the packet number and description name of the packet. For example, FHA Closing Docs, Conventional Submission Docs, or VA Application Docs. Press <ENTER> and the cursor will start at Field 01. Enter the form numbers retrieved earlier to be included in the packet. Enter one form per line. First, type in the letters of the form and then the numbers. For example, LZ - 660. The cursor will automatically go to the next number. If the first form you entered begins with LZ, the program will automatically fill in the next field with LZ.

The program will allow you to type over the letters if you are not selecting an LZ form.

To delete a form, enter the field number and space bar through the form number. Once a form is deleted, press <SF4> to remove all blank fields. If blank fields are left in a packet, the program will stop printing once it reaches the first blank field.

To print the packet of forms, go to PRINT APPLICATION DOCS (01.05) or PRINT CLOSING DOCS (01.09). The packet may be printed through either path. Enter the system number and the program will compute. When the program has computed 100%, it will bring up the print screen. To select a packet, press <F5>, enter the packet number and press <ESC> to return to the print screen. Press <P> to print.
