There are two paths that will allow you to print a blank 1003 loan application form. They are (01.15.02.03) and (01.15.14.20.11).

Keyins -- Keyins in Mortgage Banker are print fields that are keyed in at the time documents are printed. These are fields that cannot be called to print from the data base or called to print as a literal phrase or "Forms Constant." MC inputs Keyins in our documents because some information varies from company to company, such as "Do you offer Hazard Insurance" and "Is this loan assumable." These questions can be answered at the time the document is received at your company. However, the documents should be modified so the Keyins are eliminated and the documents print automatically.

Leaving Keyins in your documents require whoever is printing to be in a position and have the experience to key in the appropriate information. This creates the potential for errors, since what will be entered has never been reviewed and requires more experience than is necessary to perform the simple process of printing documents.
