How do I print a report in Mortgage Banker that indicates which loans have outstanding documents without going into each individual loan? Solution APP DOCUMENT TRACKING (01.14.02.01). This report can be printed by <1>BRANCH, <2>PROCESSOR, <3>PROD OFFICER, <4>COMMITMENT, or <5>ALL. If you don't know the number representing your selection, the numbers are stored in the following areas: BRANCH CODE (01.15.14.03.16), LOAN PROCESSOR (01.15.14.01.08), LOAN PRODUCTION (01.15.14.01.07), Commitment Number (01.12.01). Once you have made your selection, proceed by entering the appropriate code. The program will default to prepare the report, listing only the items outstanding for 15 days or more. The cursor will stop on the 15 to allow the operator to adjust the number of days up or down. Then press <F4>PRINT. Check the default printer displayed at the top of the print screen to confirm that you have a valid printer. If the printer is incorrect, select <C>CHANGE PRINTER and enter the correct printer name. If correct, press <P>PRINT. This report will print in loan number order. |
