| Question
Answer
It is possible to receive this message when printing from any area of the Mortgage Computer
software. You will receive this message if there is no printer listed or if the printer listed is not
valid. Make sure the printer is listed where it says DEFAULT PRINTER, near the top of the print screen.
You can enter a printer name or change the one listed by selecting <C> to change the printer.
The cursor will go to the DEFAULT PRINTER area of the screen and allow you to enter a valid printer
name. Once the name has been keyed in, hit <ENTER> and the cursor will go back to the
options area where you can send the job to the correct printer by selecting <P> to print.
If you are not sure what your printer name should be, you will need to contact your in-house systems
person, who will have this information.
Question
Answer
An error with a Status 99 indicates that the printer queue is full and needs some of the print
jobs removed. The path to do this is (09.11.16), then select <R> to remove from the queue.
Using <R> to remove still allows access to the files. Selecting <D>DELETE
deletes the files from the hard drive. By cleaning this area up, the Status 99 error can be avoided.
