When loading MC's release we encountered errors (error 22) when running menu upgrade and the conversions will not run correctly.

Solution

The problem is with NT and is created when the release is loading/extracting the files directly on the NT server. DO NOT USE the NT server, use a workstation to load/extract the files. Also, you MUST run the conversions and/or menu upgrades on a workstation. DO NOT USE the NT server.

Run MC Software and load releases/updates on a workstation (PC, Win95/98, NT workstation). Why? NT server runs differently than workstations. NT is an application server; it is not designed to actually run the applications. The workstation is designed for these functions.
