I am using MTK Computer Verify and I received the message: "V290 MSA, STATE AND COUNTY CODES DO NOT EQUAL A VALID COMBINATION."

This message will display if an incorrect MSA number has been entered. MC suggests rechecking all state, county, Census Tract and MSA codes to make sure they are correct for the account number shown. The correct codes may be obtained from your regional HMDA office or perhaps your appraiser. You are not required to report MSA data if it is outside your reporting area. If not applicable, enter <F7> or 99999 when on Field 76 for NA to print on the report when the property is not located in an MSA.
