EDI-Plus - Error 76
| Problem
When we try to run EDI-Plus, we get an ERROR 76. Solution The preference file has become corrupt or there is an INVALID PATH entered into the EDI-PLUS preferences. A valid PREFS.DAT from a backup can be restored onto the PC. If no backup file is available or valid, then the PREFS.DAT file has to be deleted from the PC. Once deleted, a new one will be created the next time you start EDI-PLUS. |
