Gordon L. Belnap has over 40 years' experience in banking and mortgage lending. He started his career with Bank of America in San Francisco. He later moved to Utah, where he directed the growth of a local bank to the 32nd largest real estate lender in the country. His experience includes all types of residential lending, construction financing, development, and commercial developments from ski resorts to casinos.

Gordon is a past president of the Utah Mortgage Bankers Association, serves on many committees, is a consultant, and owner of a mortgage company.

Gordon is a Korean War Veteran

The Korean War Project is a WWW memorial of the Korean War that contains a wide variety of resources such as maps, historical records, photographs of veterans and war scenes, Korean resources, and a list of organizations and veterans groups. The site also houses numerous statistics on casualty rates for both Americans and Koreans. In addition, one will find information on Hawaiians and Canadians who were involved in the war.
