Helps on mcoffice.com, Part 3 of 3

This is the last part of a series of three Coach’s Corners covering the helps available on our Web site, mcoffice.com. Be sure you read all three!



All of the following are found under Customer Support with the exception of E-Mail Help, which is found on the Home page.

Hardware
Documentation is provided on how to make a backup, restart icexec, install a printer, fix errors, as well as how to perform system maintenance and much more.

Software
The Software option includes many procedural checklists including the Operating Schedule Guide for all package (what to do daily, weekly, monthly and annually), ARM loans, Escrow Analysis, Solders’ and Sailors’ Relief Act, and other helpful operating instructions.

Supplies and Forms
A list of VMP Forms included in our standard packets for Mortgage Banker is available in this option as well as a Forms Order blank to fax or e-mail to Mortgage Computer. You will also find a list of IRS forms that are compatible with the MC OFFICE programs.

E-mail Help
Complete the form provided to send an e-mail to Mortgage Computer’s support staff requesting assistance. One of our staff members will reply to your e-mail or call you within one business day.
