Live Web Support
This option connects you to Webex for a scheduled session with one of MC’s support staff. These sessions can be for training on the subject
of your choice or for support help. Call MC for pricing and scheduling.
Tutorials/Training
Here you will find many presentations that can be viewed at your own speed and convenience as well as several pre-recorded tutorials with
narratives. These tutorials cover overviews of the entire MC OFFICE package as well as detailed procedures for credit bureau reporting,
DU/LP loan submission, end of day interface with our business partners (including file layouts), and other procedures. You will find a
templet that can be printed and placed on your PC or terminal to help you with all the speed keys for accessing data. Using these speed
keys from any screen that shows your company name at the top, you can access a display of all users signed on to MC OFFICE, find a loan
using the Social Security Number in any package, access the Index screens for all packages, change your default printer, and more. This is
a protected area requiring a username and password. If you don’t have this information, call or e-mail MC Support.
Manuals
Manual documentation for all packages is available to view, print, or search using the Find in Page option within your browser toolbar to
find a keyword or phrase. With each release, these manuals are updated. You can be assured you are reading the most current information
available when reading manuals in this area. Like the Tutorials area, this is a protected area requiring a username and password to access.
